Force Users to Read a Thread
It is possible a product that forces to establish a thread that 'must read' by its members. Right now, if you make a post and want all of your members to read it, you have no way to enforce it. Give you an error message similar to the one you get when you need to change your password, saying that the administrators want you to read a specific thread before continuing to use the forum.
Once a user reads a thread, they will not be prompted to read it again.
Be able to configure all user groups or only certain parts that a thread should read.
Be able to configure it in the whole site or only in some forums.
